3. AI Conversations

When you use our AI Remedy Consultant, your messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. Anthropic processes these messages according to their own privacy policy. We do not permanently store your conversation history on our servers beyond your current session.

Please do not share highly sensitive personal medical information (such as specific diagnoses, medications, or personally identifying health details) in the AI chat.

4. Pinterest Integration

We use the Pinterest API to publish wellness content to our Pinterest business account (@rootofremedy). We only access Pinterest data related to our own business account for content publishing purposes. We do not access, collect, or store any Pinterest user data from third parties.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use localStorage in your browser to store your authentication token so you can access your dashboard across sessions. We may use basic analytics to understand how our site is used. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption for all data transmission and secure token-based authentication for dashboard access. Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your subscription, we may retain your information for up to 90 days for accounting and legal purposes, after which it is deleted.
